The price follows the property. A compact driveway is $45, a standard home is $55, and a long or wide drive is $65. The visit covers the parts you check: driveway, sidewalk, patio and steps, cars, and salt. Salt goes on the walk, the steps, and the apron. If the drive on site doesn't match the size you picked, the crew adjusts the estimate before they start.

Yes. The crew works when the snow calls for it, including overnight. On-the-way emails go out only from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Eastern. A clear that finishes outside those hours is marked done on your tracking link, with no email, so the phone stays quiet.

Every finished one-time clear takes $5 off the next one. It stacks until $20 off, then stays there. Visit one is $5 off, visit two is $10 off, visit three is $15 off, and visit four and after is $20 off. A $45 clear is $25 from visit four on. The rate follows the phone number on the booking. Season quotes and commercial quotes are priced on their own.

Yes. A season route is priced under what you would pay booking every storm one at a time. Send the address and the size of the drive and we'll price the winter. A Lockport hill and a short city lot are different work, so there isn't one season number for every house.

Yes, on request. Lots, storefront sidewalks, and salt routes are priced to the property. Use the commercial page or call, and we'll send a number for that site.

Niagara County is the route: Niagara Falls, Lockport, North Tonawanda, Wheatfield, Lewiston, Youngstown, Wilson, Newfane, Olcott, Pendleton, Sanborn, and the towns between them. Grand Island and Tonawanda are surrounding stops, booked on request.

Yes. Check sidewalk, patio, cars, or salt on their own. The visit is still sized to the property, because the crew is making the trip.

Book with your email and leave the on-the-way note checked. From 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Eastern, dispatch sends that note when the crew rolls. You also get a private tracking link as soon as the request is in. Outside those hours we finish the work and update the link without an email.
